1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Poker Trainer AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use our website, mobile application, and training features (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: username, nickname, optional email address, and a securely hashed password if you create or link an account. We do not store your readable password.
• Training information: poker decisions, selected cards and positions, training-session history, AI reviews, skill profile results, Practice Chip balances, and related game records.
• Guest and technical information: a device or browser identifier, a device fingerprint used to prevent repeated free-trial abuse, user-agent/browser information, and basic service logs. Our hosting providers may also process IP address and connection data for security, fraud prevention, and system operation.
• Feedback information: any message, optional contact email, and technical context you choose to submit through Feedback.
• Purchase records: product selected, order identifier, price, currency, purchase status, and credited training sessions. Payment credentials are processed by the applicable payment provider and are not stored by us.

We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, health information, biometric identifiers, government identifiers, or payment-card details.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the Service; create and restore accounts and training sessions; prevent guest-trial abuse; generate AI gameplay, reviews, and skill insights; process and verify purchases; respond to feedback; improve reliability; and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Services

When you use AI gameplay, coaching, review, or analysis features, we send the information necessary to generate that feature to our AI service providers. This can include training-hand records, card and board data, player actions, chip amounts, positions, and selected language. We do not intentionally include your password or payment-card information in these requests. AI outputs are educational and may be inaccurate.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed with service providers that operate the Service, including hosting/database providers, AI providers, and payment providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of the Service. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information while your account, training history, purchase records, or legal obligations require it. You can delete training-session data in the Service; deleted training-session data cannot be restored. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and U.S. Privacy Rights

You may update account details, manage local browser/app storage, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and record-retention requirements. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To make a privacy request or ask a question, use Menu → Help → Feedback in the Service and include an email address if you would like a reply. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us through the Feedback option so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes or when required by law. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
